Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, installing or playing a game published by Md Game Studio ("we", "us", "our"), or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our games or the website. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The games are licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted stay with us.

3. Fair use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer a game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, bots, automation or modified versions of a game;
• interfere with the ads, the consent message or any security feature of a game;
• resell, rent or otherwise commercially exploit a game or any part of it;
• use a game or this website in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

4. Ads and third-party services

Some of our games show ads provided by third parties. We do not control the content of those ads and are not responsible for the products or services they promote. Following an ad takes you to a third party whose own terms and privacy policy apply. See Ads & Consent for how advertising works.

5. Purchases and virtual items

If a game offers in-app purchases, they are processed by the app store you downloaded the game from, under that store's payment terms and refund rules. Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you for use inside the game only. Nothing in this section limits the refund or withdrawal rights that consumer law gives you.

6. Intellectual property

Our games, this website and everything in them, including code, artwork, text, music, names and logos, belong to Md Game Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Feedback and ideas you send us may be used by us freely and without obligation to you.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue a game or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not promise that a game will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you play our games or visit this website.

9. Quality of the games

We work to keep our games running well, but we do not promise that they are free of errors or available without interruption. Your statutory rights in case of defects are not affected.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited, for example under product liability law.

For damage caused by slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential obligation, meaning one that the agreement depends on and that you may ordinarily rely on. In that case our liability is limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of agreement. Beyond that, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

11. Termination

You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling our games. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property and liability, continue to apply.

12. App store terms

These terms are between you and Md Game Studio only, not with Apple, Google or any other store operator. The store operator is not responsible for our games or their content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for them, and is not responsible for any claim relating to them. Your use of a game must also comply with the terms of the store you downloaded it from.

If you downloaded a game from the Apple App Store: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If a game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; to the fullest extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If you keep playing after a revision takes effect, you accept the revised terms.
