Data Deletion

This page applies to all games published by Md Game Studio: First Business, From Zero.

1. What data exists

Our games have no accounts, so we do not keep a profile of you on our servers. The data connected to a game is:

• game progress and settings, stored on your device;
• advertising data in games that show ads, held by the advertising partner and linked to your device's advertising ID;
• support emails, if you have written to us.

2. Delete it yourself

Game progress and settings

• Android: Settings > Apps > the game > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the game.
• iPhone and iPad: delete the game from your device.
• First Business: "Start over" in the game also erases your town, money and settings.
• From Zero: starting a new game over your saved one also erases your city, shops, money and settings.

Advertising data

• Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID.
• iPhone and iPad: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, then switch tracking off for the game.
• Data held by Google can be reviewed and deleted at My Google Activity.

3. Ask us to delete it

Send an email to support@mdgamestudio.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:

• which game the request is about;
• the email address you used if you contacted us before;
• your advertising ID, if you want the request passed on to the advertising partner.

You do not need to explain why. We confirm receipt, delete what we hold and pass the request on to the partners involved.

4. What is deleted and when

• Requests are completed within 30 days.
• Support emails connected to your address are deleted.
• We may keep the minimum needed to show that a request was handled or to meet a legal obligation, and nothing more.
