Ads & Consent
Some of our games are supported by ads. This page explains how those ads work and how you stay in control of them.

1. How ads work in our games
Ads in our games are served by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, AdMob receives information from your device, such as its advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system and which ads you have already seen. It uses this to choose an ad, limit repetition, measure results and detect fraud.
Ads can be shown in two ways:
- Personalised ads are chosen using your interests, as inferred from your activity across apps and websites.
- Non-personalised ads are chosen using context only, such as the game you are playing and your approximate location.
Google explains its side at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Your consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows a consent message the first time you open it. It lists the advertising partners and purposes, and lets you accept, refuse or choose in detail. If you refuse, you still get to play, and any ads you see are not personalised.
On iPhone and iPad, iOS also asks whether the app may track your activity. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not shared with the app.
3. Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
In the game
Open the game's settings and choose the privacy options entry to see the consent message again.
On Android
- Open Settings > Privacy > Ads (on some devices: Settings > Google > Ads).
- Choose Delete advertising ID to stop personalised ads in all apps, or Reset advertising ID to start fresh.
On iPhone and iPad
- Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Switch tracking off for the game, or switch off Allow Apps to Request to Track for every app.
Across Google services
Manage ad personalisation for your Google account at My Ad Center.
4. Opting out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising (US)
If you live in a US state that gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of targeted advertising, use the device settings above to switch off ad personalisation. You can also send your request to support@mdgamestudio.com.
5. Children
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over and are not directed at children. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Authorized ad sellers
The companies allowed to sell ad space in our games are listed in our app-ads.txt file, following the IAB Tech Lab standard that protects advertisers and players from fraudulent ad inventory.
