This policy explains what data is processed when you play a game by Md Game Studio or visit this website, why, and what you can do about it.

1. Who we are
Md Game Studio ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile games and is based in Aksaray, Türkiye. For the processing described in this policy, Md Game Studio is the data controller. You can reach us about any privacy matter at support@mdgamestudio.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to every game we publish on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including First Business and From Zero, and to the website at www.mdgamestudio.com.
3. Data that is processed
3.1 When you play our games
We do not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Game progress and settings. Stored on your device so you can continue where you left off.
- Advertising data. In games that show ads, our advertising partner collects data directly from your device to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure results and detect fraud. This can include your advertising ID (Android advertising ID, or IDFA on iOS when you allow tracking), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system version, language, app version, and which ads you saw or tapped.
- Consent choices. Your answer to the consent message is stored on your device so it can be respected and proven.
- Diagnostics. The app stores share aggregated, anonymous crash and performance statistics with developers. We cannot identify you from them.
3.2 When you contact us
If you email us, we process your email address, the content of your message and anything you choose to attach, in order to answer you.
3.3 When you visit this website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. If you choose a language, that choice is saved in your browser so the site opens in it next time; it stays on your device and is not sent to us. As with any website, the hosting provider briefly keeps technical server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page and time) to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.

5. Advertising
Our games that show ads use Google AdMob to serve them. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent message asks for your choice before any personalised ad is shown. On iOS, the system tracking prompt decides whether the advertising identifier is available at all.

6. Who receives data
We do not sell personal data for money. Data is processed by the following service providers and partners:

Our email is handled by an email service provider acting on our behalf. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our players and ourselves.
7. International transfers
Our partners operate worldwide, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. We are based in Türkiye, so messages you send us are processed there. Where data leaves the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, it is protected by an adequacy decision such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. How long data is kept
- Game progress stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.
- Support emails are deleted within 24 months of our last reply, unless the law requires longer.
- Advertising data is held by the advertising partner under its own retention rules. We do not keep a copy.
- Server logs of this website are kept by the hosting provider for a short period.
9. Your rights
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR and its local equivalents give you the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live or work. In Türkiye, where we are based, the authority is the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
To use any of these rights, email support@mdgamestudio.com. We answer within one month. Because our games have no accounts, we may ask for your advertising ID so that a request can be matched to a device. Deleting data is explained step by step on the Data Deletion page.
10. United States privacy rights
Residents of California and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to know what personal information is collected, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
- Categories collected: identifiers (advertising ID, IP address), internet or network activity (ad interactions, app usage) and approximate location derived from the IP address.
- Sensitive personal information: none.
- Sale and sharing: we do not sell personal information for money. Letting an advertising partner use identifiers for personalised ads may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under these laws.
- How to opt out: use the privacy options in the game, or switch off ad personalisation on your device as described on the Ads & Consent page. You can also email us.
11. Other countries
Privacy laws such as Brazil's LGPD, Türkiye's KVKK, Canada's PIPEDA and Australia's Privacy Act give residents similar rights of access, correction, deletion and objection. Wherever you live, write to support@mdgamestudio.com and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you.
12. Children
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over. They are not directed at children under 13, or under the age at which your country allows a child to consent to data processing (up to 16 in parts of Europe). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
13. Security
We keep the amount of data we handle as small as possible and protect what we do handle with appropriate technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
14. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our games or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Significant changes are announced in the affected game or on this website.
